Anyone looking for help with any aspect of your fitness - I hired Riley Coish as a personal fitness coach to help improve my squat depth. I am extremely impressed with the program he put together for me and the results I am seeing. Riley also completed a total body assessment identifying areas of weakness and has designed a program to address these weaknesses. I highly recommend Riley Coish. His customized programming and personalized coaching has made a huge difference in my ability and success as an athlete. I had a fairly substantial shoulder surgery that restricted my mobility and overhead range and I would frequently experience pain as a result. From the start Riley had me do a number of mobility and strength assessments to thoroughly determine where I was at and then based on that information, designed customized programming that would enable me to achieve my goals. The weekly exercises were creative and dynamic which prevented them from becoming boring and Riley was always quick and helpful with his feedback. I saw fairly quick improvements in my mobility and was able to successfully perform movements like overhead squats and toes2bar with no pain. Before my work with Riley, these two exercises were completely unattainable for me.
