I will bridge the gap from where you currently are to where you would like to be. My name is Riley Coish! I am currently completing my Major in Kinesiology at Vancouver Island University. My goal is to assist you with your personal Health and Fitness journey. I have worked in a variety of fitness settings like 1 on 1 Training, Remote Coaching, Group Class, and Sports Teams. I am passionate about trying to create a holistic approach to health and wellness in which exercise selection, nutrition and lifestyle habits all work together to assist you in becoming the best version of yourself.
