1 on 1 Training is an option everyone can benefit from. It gives myself and you a chance to develop a strong coach/client relationship that will allow for the best success in you reaching your goals. It allows you to receive immediate feedback while performing movements, real time modifications based on how you are feeling that day, and someone to give you support throughout each session.
I currently offer a variety of packages:
1 Session
6 Sessions (3 Week Expiration)
12 Sessions (6 Week Expiration)
24 Sessions (3 Month Expiration)
48 Sessions (6 Month Expiration)
When you sign up for one of these packages you are paying for the sessions that we are together inside the gym. That could include either the movement screen, lifestyle behavior consult, nutrition consults, goal setting sessions or your personalized program we have have put together.
